Tikram ("we", "us" or "Tikram") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679
- German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)
- The principle of collecting only the data needed to run the service
2. How We Handle Your Data
2.1 Fundamental Principles
- Encryption: Your tasks, projects, comments, and files are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and in transit with TLS 1.2+.
- No Selling: We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- Your Content Is Yours: The content you create is used only to provide the service to you and your team.
- No Surveillance Cooperation: We do not participate in mass data-collection or surveillance programs.
- EU Hosting: All data is stored and processed on servers in the EU.

3. Your Content
3.1 Tasks, Projects & Files
- The content you create in Tikram is visible only to you and the people you share your projects with.
- We never reuse your content for any purpose beyond running the service, without your explicit consent.
4. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)
- Access: Full disclosure of all stored data
- Rectification: We correct inaccurate data without undue delay
- Erasure: We delete your data on request (live data within 30 days, encrypted backups within 90 days)
- Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your personal data by emailing info@tikram.io
5. Third Parties & Subprocessors
We only work with partners who:
- Comply with EU data protection standards
- Transfer data outside the EU only under approved safeguards (SCCs)
- Are contractually obligated to deletion
